It owns the following 7 subsidiaries engaged in automobile parts, Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co.,Ltd, Jilin Dongguang Aowei Brake System Co., Ltd (previous Jilin Automobile Brake Factory), Changchun Yidong Clutch Co., Ltd, Dahua Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jilin Norinco Driveshaft Co.,Ltd., Jilin Dongguang Yusei Machinery Co. Ltd and Baicheng Zhongyi Precise Forging Co., Ltd. The R&D capability, testing facilities, large-scale production capacity(rakes,clutches.Flywheel & ring gears,drive shafts,drive&driven axles, automotive mirror, and special purpose vehicles etc.) are all on highest level in China. The major business covers heavy, middle, light duty trucks, passenger cars, mini-vans, buses and special purpose vehicles, major vehicles makers in China, and has been OEM supplier of international well known vehicle makers. Now it has realized production capacity of 2.5 million sets of clutches, capacity of 3.7million sets of vacuum booster with master cylinder assemblies and 1 million sets of brakes, 4 million sets of flywheels, 7 million ring gears, 0.2 million drive axle, 15 thousand special purpose vehicles.
